How is my local public library using social media?

For this post you are required to outline and provide links to the social media that your local public library is using via their own website.
For each you must provide a link and a brief description of the content.

Narellan Library

My local library is Narellan Library and it uses three social media outlets. Below will outline the three social media outlets and what Narellan Library uses them for.

Facebook

Narellan Library uses Facebook as a way to update people on what's going on like community and/or library events. For example author readings, signings or fundraisers.

Twitter

Twitter is used to write a brief statement about what's going on in the library that will include a photo most of the time. The Library twitter page isn't updated as regularly as the Facebook page.

Pinterest

The Library uses Pinterest as a way to upload photos and to keep them for archives. Users may use a Pin (a word that relates to the Library) to share with library.
